2026年9月23日，药明康德（股票代码：02359）于香港联合交易所公布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司基于人民币6,780百万元于2027年到期的美元结算零息可转换债券进行转股，发行1,207,001股H股，约占此次变动前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）的0.22%，每股发行价为153港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股份数量（不包括库藏股份）由540,267,919股增至541,474,920股，库藏股仍为20,148,900股。公司已发行股份总数也相应增加至561,623,820股。
公司在公告中确认，相关增发事宜已获得董事会正式授权批准，并符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他适用法律法规等相关规定。公告由董事李革签署。
