Signet Jewelers' stock surged 5.37% during intraday trading on Thursday, following the release of its fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 results.

The jewelry retailer reported adjusted earnings per share of $6.25 for the quarter ended January 31, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of $6.11. Revenue came in at $2.35 billion, also slightly beating expectations of $2.34 billion. In a separate positive development, the company announced a 10% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per share.

While the company's operating income of $318.3 million fell short of estimates and its fiscal 2027 earnings guidance range of $8.80 to $10.74 came in below the $10.59 FactSet estimate, investors appeared to focus on the immediate earnings beat and enhanced shareholder returns through the dividend increase, driving the stock price higher.
