博雅互动国际有限公司（00434）于2025年12月18日发布翌日披露报表，披露当日于香港联交所回购20万股普通股。该回购股份数量约占公司回购前已发行股份总数的0.026%，每股回购价为3.50港元，涉资约70万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数由768,877,730股降至768,677,730股，库藏股数量增至2,299,000股，整体股本总数维持在770,976,730股。公司此前已于2025年5月23日通过回购授权，可回购的最高股份数为71,018,373股。管理层表示，本次回购已遵守相关上市规则及适用法律法规。
