XH News Media Maintains Steady Share Structure and Meets Public Float Requirement in August 2026

For the month ended 31 August 2026, Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited (abbreviated as “XH News Media”) reported no changes to its authorised, registered, or issued share capital.

Authorised share capital remained at 100.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.40 each, equivalent to HKD 40.00 million.

Issued share capital also held constant at 52.10 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong was notified that the company’s public float exceeded the minimum 25 percent threshold required under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

Under the existing share option scheme approved on 25 September 2015, 1.42 million options were outstanding at month-end, unchanged from the prior month. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred as a result of option exercises.

The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other agreements that could dilute share capital, and confirmed compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
