Luxury automobile export company Hillhouse Frontier Holdings (HIFI.US) revised its upcoming US initial public offering plan on Thursday, significantly increasing the fundraising target. The Diamond Bar, California-based company now plans to offer 3.8 million shares at a price between $4 and $6 per share, aiming to raise $19 million. The company's previously filed application indicated an original plan to offer 1.3 million shares within the same price range. Following this adjustment, the fundraising size has surged by 200% compared to the original plan; based on the midpoint of the price range, the company's post-IPO market capitalization is projected to reach approximately $119 million. The company operates its automobile export business through its subsidiary, Hillhouse Capital Group, focusing on procuring high-end vehicles in the United States and arranging their shipment to a client in Hong Kong, who then distributes them to the mainland China market. During the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the company completed a total of 55 vehicle transactions. Hillhouse Frontier Holdings was established in 2022 and generated revenue of $7 million for the twelve months ended September 30, 2025. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the stock symbol "HIFI," with Guotai Securities acting as the exclusive lead underwriter for the offering.
