VICOM (V01) announced that shareholders approved every item on the agenda at the company’s Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 22 2026. All motions were carried by poll, with support levels ranging from 99.75% to 100.00% of the votes cast.
Key approvals included the adoption of the Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, a final dividend for the same period, and directors’ fees of up to 0.768 million Singapore dollars for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026. Shareholders also re-elected Dr Tan Kim Siew, Mr Cheng Siak Kian and Mr Ngan Wan Sing Winston as directors, and re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as external auditors.
The company noted that no directors were required to abstain from voting on any resolution. CitadelCorp Services Pte. Ltd. acted as the independent scrutineer for the polling process. Mr Ngan Wan Sing Winston will continue to serve on the Audit and Risk Committee, where he is regarded as an independent director under SGX listing rules.
VICOM added that the presentation slides delivered by Chief Financial Officer Ms Lee Peck Kim, Mary, have been made available to shareholders, and the full minutes of the AGM will be published on SGXNET and the company’s website within one month.
