深圳西普尼精密科技股份有限公司（02583）7月16日晚间公告称，公司已获市场监督管理部门核准，自2026年7月16日起正式将注册地址由“深圳市罗湖区翠竹街道翠锦社区贝丽北路99号水贝国际珠宝中心2901(3701A)”变更为“深圳市罗湖区东晓街道独树社区布心路3006号宇宏大厦2栋1701”。
公司此前已于2026年6月4日及6月25日发布公告，并在2026年6月4日刊发通函披露拟变更注册地址事宜。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事李永忠（董事会主席）、胡少华、李阳金；非执行董事黄良地；独立非执行董事郭晓红、黄善榕、佘丁顺。
公司表示，本次注册地址变更已经履行必要审批程序并完成工商登记，后续公司通讯及法律文件均以新注册地址为准。
