Oi Wah Pawnshop Credit Holdings Limited (Oi Wah Pawnshop Credit) announced the release of its 2026 Annual Report together with the Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2026. English and Chinese versions of these documents are now available on the company’s website (www.pawnshop.com.hk) and on the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders may request free printed copies. To do so, they should complete the request form provided, affix the enclosed mailing label, and return the form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. A postage stamp is only required if mailed from outside Hong Kong. Alternatively, a scanned copy of the completed form can be emailed to info@oiwah.com.hk.

Shareholders holding Oi Wah Pawnshop Credit shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees may opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing their email address to these intermediaries. Until a valid email address is registered, the company will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication.
