云游控股有限公司4月10日公告称，公司已于同日通过公开市场出售736,559股龙湖集团控股有限公司股份，每股售价约7.66港元，合计套现约564万港元（不含交易成本）。交易完成后，云游控股不再持有任何龙湖股份。
此次交易的适用百分比率介于5%至25%之间，按香港联合交易所《上市规则》第14章界定，构成须予披露交易，需要履行通知及公告义务。
公司预计将就本次出售录得约30.03万港元收益，具体金额有待审阅确认。所得款项净额拟用作集团投资资金。
云游控股表示，鉴于全球地缘政治风险上升导致资本市场波动，变现投资收益、降低投资风险敞口符合其审慎的投资组合管理原则。董事会认为交易条款公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。
龙湖集团最新披露的2025年度业绩显示： 1) 毛利约94.35亿元人民币，同比减少逾半； 2) 税前溢利约52.38亿元人民币； 3) 归属股东溢利约10.22亿元人民币； 4) 截至2025年末，净流动资产约1,297.73亿元人民币。
云游控股注册于开曼群岛，主营网页及移动游戏研发与发行，以及电子设备和半导体贸易业务。
