2026年7月31日，位元堂药业控股有限公司（股票代码：00897，以下简称“位元堂”）发布公告称，其已获香港联合交易所有限公司（“联交所”）批准，豁免严格遵守《上市规则》第14.41(a)条关于15个营业日内寄发交易通函的规定。
公告显示，位元堂与宏安集团有限公司已于2026年7月16日就向后者出售冠尊（深圳）商贸发展有限公司全部已发行股本事宜发布联合公告。按规则要求，位元堂原本需在2026年8月6日或之前向股东寄发载有有关该出售事项资料的通函。因公司需要额外时间准备及落实通函中的若干信息，尤其是债务声明，遂向联交所申请豁免延迟寄发。
联交所已于2026年7月31日向位元堂授出豁免，条件是公司须在2026年8月21日或之前向股东寄发有关出售事项的通函。联交所同时表示，如情况出现变化，相关豁免或将被更改或撤回。
位元堂表示，将按照上述时间表完成通函寄发工作。
截至本公告日期，位元堂执行董事为邓清河先生、邓蕙敏女士及罗敏仪女士；独立非执行董事为李家晖先生、薛永恒教授及陈永光教授。
