Kangda International Environmental Company Limited (Kangda Env) has revised the timetable for its forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM). The meeting, originally set for 12 June 2026, will now be held on 26 June 2026 due to administrative considerations.

To determine shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the rescheduled AGM, the company’s register of members will be closed from 23 June 2026 to 26 June 2026, both days inclusive. Share transfers must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 22 June 2026. The record date for voting rights is 26 June 2026.

All other details released in the 19 March 2026 annual results announcement remain unchanged. Kangda Env will dispatch a circular containing the AGM agenda and notice to shareholders on 3 June 2026.
