SFK Receives HKEx Waiver, Granted Until 11 September 2026 to Dispatch Disposal Circular

SFK Construction Holdings Limited reported that Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has approved its application for a waiver from Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules. The waiver allows SFK to delay issuing the shareholder circular for its proposed subsidiary disposal until 11 September 2026.

The company had previously disclosed the planned disposal on 30 June 2026 and announced on 22 July 2026 that additional time was required to finalise the necessary financial information. The waiver, granted on 5 August 2026, applies solely to this transaction and may be withdrawn or revised should SFK’s circumstances change.

Chairman Chan Ki Chun signed the announcement on behalf of the board. As of the announcement date, SFK’s board comprises three executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
