截至2025年9月30日止六个月，譽燊豐控股实现营收约4.54亿港元，同比下降29.5%。经调整净利润约260万港元，同比上升8.3%。毛利率从上年同期的1.8%提升至5.9%。
财报显示，营收同比下降主要由于若干大规模项目竣工阶段的工程量减少；而利润端的上涨来自延期确认及地盘指示流程的改善，推动整体毛利率上升。
业务分项
集团主要经营土木工程及建筑工程业务，期内来自提供建筑工程的收入约4.54亿港元。管理层表示，截至报告期末，手头在建项目维持较高水平，预期未来几年业绩将保持稳定。
成本结构方面，直接成本由约6.33亿港元降至4.27亿港元，行政及其他经营开支由15.9百万港元降至12.9百万港元，带动盈利能力改善。
