Sembcorp Industries appoints Dinesh Khanna as alternate director to Prof Uwe Krueger

Sembcorp Industries announced the appointment of Dinesh Khanna as alternate director to Prof Uwe Krueger, effective Feb, 25 2026.

Khanna is Joint Head of the Portfolio Development Group at Temasek International, where he collaborates with portfolio companies to enhance long-term shareholder value and governance. Before joining Temasek, he spent more than 20 years at The Boston Consulting Group, serving as managing director and senior partner and holding several global leadership roles, including head of BCG Singapore from 2014 to 2015.

His prior public service includes membership on Singapore’s Future Economy subcommittee and the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Growth Council. Khanna has served on the board of Safe Horizon in the United States and currently sits on the boards of Singtel, Olam Group, Surbana Jurong, Gate Group and OFI Group.

Khanna holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where he was an Institute Silver Medallist, and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, graduating as the Institute Gold Medallist.
