Dividend Proposal • The Board recommends a final dividend of RMB0.3215 per share for FY 2025. Based on 93.30 million shares in issue, the cash outlay will be approximately RMB30.00 million. • The dividend will be declared in renminbi and paid in Hong Kong dollars, using the average RMB/HKD central parity rate over the five business days ending on the AGM date. • Record date: 29 May 2026; books will be closed 28–29 May 2026. • Payment date: 9 June 2026.
