According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 27, shareholders of LAI FUNG HOLD (01125) transferred shares from ICBC Asia Securities to Bank of China (Hong Kong), with a transfer value of HK$32.1841 million, representing 10.02% of the company's shares.

LAI FUNG HOLD announced that since the resumption of share trading on November 11, 2022, the business operations of the company and its subsidiaries have continued to operate normally. The board of directors has been in discussions with the company's core connected persons, considering the disposal of part of their respective shareholdings (potential reduction) to restore the company's public float.

As of the date of this announcement, discussions regarding the potential reduction are still ongoing, and no legally binding agreement has been entered into regarding the potential reduction.
