On 2 April 2026, Biosino Bio-Technology and Science Incorporation issued a formal notice to non-registered shareholders confirming that the latest corporate documents—including the Annual General Meeting circular, the AGM notice and the proxy form—are now available online.

The English and Chinese versions of these materials can be accessed on Biosino’s website (www.zhongsheng.com.cn) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who encounter difficulties with electronic access may request free printed copies.
