Apr 01

On 2 April 2026, Biosino Bio-Technology and Science Incorporation issued a formal notice to non-registered shareholders confirming that the latest corporate documents—including the Annual General Meeting circular, the AGM notice and the proxy form—are now available online.

The English and Chinese versions of these materials can be accessed on Biosino’s website (www.zhongsheng.com.cn) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). The board, represented by company secretary Tung Woon Cheung, Eric, recommends shareholders consult the web versions for timely information.

Shareholders who encounter difficulties with electronic access may request free printed copies. A completed request form should be returned to the company’s H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., either by prepaid post to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 8247-ecom@vistra.com. Upon receipt, Tricor will dispatch printed copies promptly at no cost.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. Until an email address is lodged, Biosino can only send printed notices of publication.

Enquiries should be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
