WEIYE HOLDINGS LIMITED announced two governance resolutions on 9 July 2026.

1. Proposed change of corporate name • The Board will convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to seek shareholder approval for renaming the company from “WEIYE HOLDINGS LIMITED” to “DJSH International Holdings Limited.” • A corresponding Chinese name change from “偉業控股有限公司” to “鼎吉盛國際控股有限公司” will follow once the English name is formally registered. • Implementation is subject to (i) passage of a special resolution at the EGM and (ii) issuance of a certificate of incorporation on change of name by Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). • Existing share certificates remain valid; no free exchange will be arranged. New share certificates will bear the new name after completion, and the company’s stock short names on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be updated subject to exchange confirmation.

2. Retirement of executive director • Executive Director Mr. Yang Binbin retired at the close of the 30 June 2026 Annual General Meeting. • Mr. Yang confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or exchange attention.

A circular containing full details of the proposed name change and the EGM notice will be dispatched to shareholders. The Board maintains that the rebranding aligns with strategic objectives and does not affect day-to-day operations or financial position.
