COASTAL GL (01124) announced that, as disclosed in the company's interim results released on November 30, 2025, the seller has informed the company that negotiations between the seller and the offeror have resumed to finalize the terms of a potential transaction. The company and the offeror are also actively preparing an announcement in accordance with Rule 3.5 of the Takeovers Code (Rule 3.5 Announcement). The potential transaction remains subject to further negotiations and the execution of a formal sale and purchase agreement. As of the date of this announcement, no formal or legally binding agreement has been entered into between the seller and the offeror or any other party regarding the potential transaction.
