Fulum Group Publishes 2026 Annual Report and Opens Shareholder Communication Options

Fulum Group Holdings Limited released its 2026 Annual Report in both English and Chinese on 28 July 2026. The document is accessible through the “Financial Reports” section of the company’s website (www.fulumgroup.com) and on the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies automatically. Others may request printed versions free of charge or switch between electronic and printed formats by submitting the enclosed change request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by prepaid post or via email (1443-ecom@vistra.com).

For future corporate communications, shareholders can designate one of four options: 1) electronic access only with email or postal notification, 2) printed English version, 3) printed Chinese version, or 4) both printed English and Chinese versions.

The company will continue to provide printed copies on demand at no cost for shareholders who experience difficulties accessing electronic materials. Enquiries can be directed to the hotline at +852 2980 1333, available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

Chairman and Executive Director Yeung Wai signed the shareholder notice on behalf of Fulum Group Holdings Limited.
