Haina Intelligent Equipment International Holdings Limited (HAINA INTEL) announced that on 24 July 2026 it signed a three-year Strategic Cooperation Agreement with its non-wholly owned subsidiary, Jinjiang OriginHub Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and the Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Society.

Under the agreement, the three parties will establish a Joint Laboratory dedicated to intelligent production line robotics. Research and commercialisation efforts will concentrate on four core areas: intelligent upgrading of production lines, embodied intelligence industrial applications, visual inspection and digital twin technologies.

The Shenzhen Institute—one of ten municipal-level basic research institutions created by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen—will contribute its artificial-intelligence research capabilities, while Jinjiang OriginHub will provide expertise in composite handling robots and flexible logistics solutions based on a “wheeled mobile chassis + robotic arm” configuration.

Management expects the collaboration to strengthen HAINA INTEL’s core technological competencies in intelligent manufacturing and align with the Group’s long-term development strategy, potentially adding incremental revenue.

The Strategic Cooperation Agreement serves only as a framework; specific terms and implementation details remain subject to further negotiation and formal contracts. The Shenzhen Institute and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties to the Group.
