根据公告，蒙牛乳业回购授权于2025年6月12日获通过，授权可回购股份的总数为391,204,051股。截至本次回购，累计已回购34,785,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本数的0.889%，剩余可回购股份约356,419,051股。公司确认已严格遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法律法规，本次股份回购已获董事会批准并符合相关规定。
