Veeva shares jumped 12.5% in overnight trading after results easily beat consensus estimates and it issued positive guidance. Veeva Systems sees FY2027 EPS of $8.85, versus the consensus of $8.59.

Chip designer Broadcom ​forecast second-quarter revenue above Wall Street estimates on Wednesday, a sign of strong demand for advanced ‌chips used in data centers powering artificial intelligence applications. The shares gained 5.4% in overnight trading.

Cloud-based identity-software provider Okta reported a revenue and earnings beat, sending shares up 1.8% in overnight trading even as guidance for the current quarter came in below analysts’ expectations.

Rigetti Computing shares fell 4.7% in overnight trading after the quantum computing firm reported fourth-quarter results that missed Wall Street's estimates.

IREN announced Wednesday that it has expanded its ordinary share offering program, increasing the total amount available for sale to $6 billion under its At Market Issuance Sales Agreement. The shares sank 5.6% in overnight trading.
