Cost of goods sold increased to HK$79.01 million (1H 2025: HK$62.66 million), yet stronger volumes and mix lifted gross profit 36% to HK$32.34 million and expanded gross margin to 29.0% from 27.4%.
Operating loss narrowed to HK$0.78 million, contrasting with a HK$4.95 million loss a year earlier. Net loss attributable to shareholders contracted to HK$1.87 million from HK$6.02 million, translating into a loss per share of HK$0.006 versus HK$0.019 in 1H 2025.
Segment performance underscored sustained market demand: • Communication & Networking revenue surged 64% to HK$30.20 million, contributing 27% of total sales. • Data Processing climbed 74% to HK$15.70 million (14% share). • Industrial Applications edged up 6% to HK$39.10 million (35% share). • High Precision & Reliability products delivered HK$26.40 million, up from HK$22.00 million, accounting for 24% of sales.
The balance sheet remains debt-free. Cash and cash equivalents stood at HK$141.79 million, up from HK$134.31 million at FY-end 2025. Total equity reached HK$722.59 million. Capital expenditure totaled HK$3.24 million, while committed but unprovided capex was HK$1.70 million. No material contingent liabilities were recorded.
Management anticipates revenue, order flow, and margin trends in the second half to be broadly in line with the first, supported by ongoing demand from data-center and electronics applications. No interim dividend was declared.
