To optimize the utilization of the group's idle funds and enhance returns, SUNDY SERVICE (09608) announced that on January 13, 2026, its subsidiary, Sundy Property, entered into a structured deposit product agreement with Bank of Hangzhou. Pursuant to this agreement, Sundy Property has agreed to subscribe for a RMB 12 million structured deposit product from Bank of Hangzhou using the group's internal funds.
