Iran's Foreign Minister Says Response to US Proposal Coming Within Days, Reaffirms No Surrender of Uranium Enrichment Rights

According to Iran's semi-official Tasnim News Agency, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that Iran will respond to the US proposal within the coming days.

Araghchi said the negotiation process is still ongoing, with both sides exchanging information through mediators.

He noted that Iran has put forward a "seven-day plan" to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, and that Iran has already heard the US side's views on the proposal.

In a separate report, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran stated that Iran will not give up its right to uranium enrichment, nor will it hand over its uranium reserves.
