回购完成后，公司已发行股本由9月14日的5,758,237,043股降至5,750,237,043股，库藏股数由52,255,000股增至60,255,000股，公司股份总数则维持于5,810,492,043股。此前，该公司于2026年5月12日通过回购授权，总共可回购596,449,204股。截至目前，已合计回购190,355,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本（不包括库存股）的约3.1915%。此外，本次回购后，公司30天内不得发行新股或出售、转让任何库藏股份，暂止期截至2026年10月15日。公司确认其已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及当地法例。公告由公司秘书梁兆康签署。
