September 5th marks the tenth China Charity Day, and Tencent's 99 Giving Day festival enters its second decade.

Tencent Charity has collaborated with Tencent Maps to launch "Nearby Charity," allowing users to select charity locations on the map, including caring merchants, charity markets, charity project sites, voluntary blood donation stations, and union service stations. Additionally, charity "Little Red Flower QR codes" have been placed in parks, museums, shopping centers, and restaurants for convenient participation through scanning. Currently, the "Nearby Charity" map has expanded to 381 cities, gathering 855 charity projects and a total of 188,000 charity locations, covering 32 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and special administrative regions.

Furthermore, over 140 Tencent businesses and products, including Yuanbao, QQ, Honor of Kings, PUBG Mobile, Tencent Video, and Tencent News, have participated in the 99 Giving Day festival. Tencent Charity has also partnered with content platforms such as Video Accounts, Official Accounts, Douyin, Weibo, and KUAISHOU-W to provide incentives for charity content creators.

Simultaneously, Tencent Charity has joined forces with nationwide chain stores including McDonald's, Juewei Duck Neck, 7-Eleven, and CoCo to engage in charitable activities. The platform has partnered with SF Express and EMS to provide logistics support for charity supplies, launched "City Charity Tour Routes" in cities like Shenzhen and Shanghai, and collaborated with 26 universities nationwide, including Shenzhen University, Sun Yat-sen University, and Wuhan University, to initiate the "Little Red Flower Campus Tour" activity.

All individuals who complete charitable acts through the Tencent Charity platform will receive a "Little Red Flower" that can be displayed in the status bar next to their WeChat profile picture. Therefore, this year's 99 Giving Day theme is "I Have a Little Red Flower."

Voluntary blood donors can claim "Little Red Flower" honor badges on the "National Electronic Blood Donation Certificate" mini-program. Cultural heritage enthusiasts can participate in the "Digital Cultural Relics National Protection Campaign" at over 500 cultural institutions nationwide. Those concerned about family health can bring female relatives for free screening programs. Book donors can simply open their phones to scan and donate unused books, with free courier pickup and delivery to rural schools.
