Jiang Lifeng, aged 47, has been named Executive Director, President and Authorised Representative. Jiang joined parent company Shimao Group Holdings Limited in July 2014, most recently serving as Vice President after presiding over its Suzhou-Shanghai and Shandong regions. A Tongji University graduate in Construction Engineering, he brings over 20 years of real-estate project development and operational management experience.
According to the filing, Jiang holds 59,844 shares in Shimao Services—about 0.002 % of its issued share capital—and 211,506 shares in Shimao Group, including 211,299 unvested award shares, also equating to roughly 0.002 % of Shimao Group’s issued shares. He has signed a three-year service contract with Shimao Services at an annual salary of RMB 1.20 million, plus a discretionary performance-linked bonus.
Post-appointment, the Board comprises two Executive Directors—Chairman Hui Sai Tan, Jason and President Jiang Lifeng—and two Independent Non-executive Directors, Zhou Xinyi and Hui Wai Man, Lawrence.
