Prudential plc trims share count by 5.67 million in Nov, 30 2025 filing

Prudential plc reported its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended Nov, 30 2025, confirming a net reduction of 5.67 million ordinary shares during the month.
The buy-backs lowered the company’s outstanding share capital to 2.56 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held. A further 549,217 shares repurchased on Nov, 27–28 2025 remain pending cancellation.
No new shares were issued from employee share option plans, and total funds raised from option exercises were zero. Outstanding options under the company’s various schemes fell by 6,047 units after lapses during the month.
