WINFULL GP Reports Narrowed Interim Loss of HK$35.49 Million

WINFULL GP (00183) announced its interim results for the six months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue reached HK$54.44 million, representing an increase of 126.81% compared to the same period last year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$35.49 million, narrowing by 33.16% year-on-year. The loss per share was 6.26 HK cents. According to the announcement, the rise in turnover was primarily due to increased revenue from the property investment and trading business. The loss was mainly attributed to fair value losses on investment properties and impairment losses on property, plant, and equipment.
