彩星集团2026年中期财报：营收2.67亿港元，经调整净亏损9095.50万元

彩星集团发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的财报数据，收入为2.67亿港元，同比上升2.3%。经调整净亏损9095.50万元，较去年同期亏损2.06亿港元大幅收窄55.8%。毛利为1.81亿港元，同比增加23.1%，带动综合毛利率由上年同期的56.2%提升至67.7%。期内经营现金流净流入1.06亿港元，同比增长30.8%。

从费用结构看，市场推广及许可费同比上升15.2%，销售及分销费用同比上升13.7%，管理费用微增1.3%，而研发及工具费用同比增长4.1%。

业务分项

物业投资及管理板块上半年实现营业额0.81亿港元，同比增加8%。该板块的租金收入与整体出租率回升是主要拉动力。集团对后期物业市场保持乐观。

彩星玩具业务上半年营收1.86亿港元，同比基本持平。期内“Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir”、“MonsterVerse”及“忍者龟”系列出货量偏低，但被“Power Rangers”带来的分销扩大所抵消。彩星玩具上半年毛利率为58%，较去年同期的43%大幅提升。集团表示，下半年将推动“Godzilla x Kong: Supernova”等合作产品，以期进一步促进业绩增长。

投资业务收入为38.2万港元，同比下滑52.4%。管理层表示将保持审慎，密切关注全球主要经济体及证券市场的变化。
