碧桂园（02007）于2026年6月3日公布截至2026年5月31日止本月股份变动月报。报告期内，公司法定股本维持每股面值港币0.1元，法定股本总额为港币100亿元，与上月无变化。
公告显示，公司已发行普通股由上月底的44,115,319,415股增加至本月底的46,256,233,686股，增幅为2,140,914,271股。该增发主要来自强制性可转换债券转股1,140,914,271股，以及根据公司与必胜有限公司签署的股东贷款股权化协议发行的1,000,000,000股。此外，当月无股份购回或注销活动，库藏股数目亦保持为零。
在股权激励方面，公司若干购股权计划发生调整，其中行使价格为每股3.106港元的购股权全部失效，涉及1,599,861股，未导致当月新增已发行股份。其余购股权计划数量维持不变。
公司表示，本次月报披露的所有新增发行均已按规定获得董事会正式批准，并遵守相关上市规则及适用法律。公告由董事伍碧君签署。
