星太链集团（股票代码：00399）于2026年6月3日发布的截至2026年5月31日的月报表显示，公司法定股本维持在1200,000,000港元（对应1200亿股，面值均为每股0.01港元），与上个月相比无变化。
报告期内，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数为3,277,107,928股，本月未见新增发行、购回或库存股份变动。截至5月末，库存股份数目为0股，已发行股份总数继续保持不变。
根据报告，星太链集团于本月内无新增股份期权或股权激励计划变动，亦未出现可换股票据转股导致的新股发行或库藏股变动。公司现有一笔“非常重大收购所发行之非上市可换股债券”，金额为715,000,000港元，转股价为每股2.50港元。截至5月末，确认可换股票据并无进一步转股，相关已发行股份数未发生变化。
