HTSC: Huatai International Provides Guarantee for HK$385 Million Medium-Term Notes Issued by Huatai International Finance

Huatai Securities (06886) announced that its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holding Company (Huatai International), through its affiliate Huatai International Finance Company, established an offshore medium-term note program on October 27, 2020, with a total principal amount of up to US$3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies). This note program is guaranteed by Huatai International. On October 22, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued medium-term notes amounting to HK$385 million under this program.
