极兔速递环球有限公司（极兔速递-W）于2026年8月12日发布翌日披露报表，宣布已于当日注销在2026年2月26日至2026年7月20日期间回购并以库存方式持有的114,959,400股B类普通股。
根据公告，本次注销完成后，公司B类普通股由此前的8,791,437,515股（含库存股份）调整为8,676,478,115股，且库存股份数量降至零。此外，公司A类普通股数量维持不变，仍为971,390,048股。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
