公告称，此次回购的主要目的在于维护公司价值及股东权益，并使公司能够在适当时机灵活进行股份购回。董事会认为，该计划符合公司及股东的最佳利益。公司同时提示，将于2026年6月10日召开年度股东大会审议此项回购授权。
根据相关条款，前述股份购回须符合《公司法》等法律法规及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则的要求。回购完成后，如属回购H股，可用于注销或作为库藏股份持有，并在公司必要时进行后续安排。目前公司并未披露具体购回价格区间，但公告列示了过往股价行情供股东参考。董事会强调，本次回购不会在损害公司持续经营能力或影响其正常业务发展的情况下进行。
