DOBOT (02432) announced the completion of its share placement on November 13, 2025. A total of 16.66 million placement shares, representing approximately 4.23% of the enlarged H-share capital and about 3.79% of the total issued shares post-placement, were successfully allocated to no fewer than six independent placees at a price of HK$46.80 per H-share.
