本年度信息
瑞安房地产有限公司（以下简称“公司”）公告显示，基于目前取得的内部管理账目初步审阅，公司预计截至2025年12月31日止年度股东应占净亏损将在人民币17亿元至人民币18亿元之间，相较2024年同期股东应占净利润人民币1.80亿元转为亏损。公司指出，此次转亏主要受到投资物业公平值减值以及未售存货减值拨备的影响，不过这部分重估与拨备对融资及流动性预计没有直接影响。
公告同时显示，公司预期截至2025年底的总银行结余及现金高于2025年6月30日水平，净资产负债率约维持在52%。考虑到中国房地产市场持续疲弱，公司对于近期业务前景保持谨慎，并将继续审慎管理财务与制定长期增长战略。
