SHENGHUA LANDE (08106) Changes Stock Short Name to "XINHUA LANDE"

Following the approval of a special resolution to change the company's name at an extraordinary general meeting held by shareholders on December 15, 2025, the company's application for the change of its Chinese name from "Zhejiang Shenghua Lande Technology Co., Ltd." to "Zhejiang Xinhua Lande Technology Co., Ltd." has been approved. The Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued a new business license bearing the company's new Chinese name on December 18, 2025. The English stock short name for trading on the GEM of the Stock Exchange will be changed from "SHENGHUA LANDE" to "XINHUA LANDE", while the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "升华兰德" to "芯化兰德". Both changes will take effect from 9:00 am on January 16, 2026.
