Huixin Micro-credit Declares FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 0.05 Per Share, Payment Set for 14 August 2026

Quanzhou Huixin Micro-credit Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Huixin Micro-credit) has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.05 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholders are scheduled to vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting on 11 June 2026. Subject to approval, key timetable details are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 17 June 2026 • Last day for share transfers: 18 June 2026 (by 16:30) • Book-closure period: 22 June 2026 – 26 June 2026 • Record date: 26 June 2026 • Payment date: 14 August 2026

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate will be announced closer to the payment date. Information on any withholding tax arrangements also remains pending. Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited will handle share registration matters at its North Point office in Hong Kong.

Huixin Micro-credit’s board currently comprises four executive directors—Mr. Jiang Bin, Mr. Zhou Yongwei, Mr. Yan Zhijiang and Ms. Liu Aiqin—two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
