公告显示，该末期股息将在2026年7月31日派发。根据相关法律法规和税务部门批复，公司须对非中国内地登记地址的非居民企业股东预扣10%的企业所得税。
公司董事会由六位执行董事、 一位非执行董事及四位独立非执行董事组成，包括主席王玉鎖、首席执行官张宇迎、总裁宫罗建、首席财务官王冬至、张瑾及苏莉；非执行董事为王子崢；独立非执行董事为马志祥、阮葆光、罗义坤及黄励。
