According to an announcement from CNBM (03323), on October 21, 2025, the company received a resignation letter from Mr. Shen Yungang. As China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. no longer holds shares in the company, Mr. Shen's resignation as a non-executive director will take effect from October 21, 2025.
