大快活集团有限公司（00052）8月13日发布补充公告称，鉴于德勤‧关黄陈方会计师行（“德勤”）于即将举行的股东周年大会任期届满且具备连任资格，董事会已提呈普通决议案，建议重新委聘德勤为公司截至2027年3月31日止财政年度的核数师，并授权董事会厘定其酬金。

公告披露，德勤就上述财政年度核数服务的预估审计费用约为180万港元（不含实报实销的开支）。该费用由公司与德勤经审慎考虑并公平协商后确定，主要依据过往审计费用、现行市场费率、上一财年实际审计工作量、预期工作范围及时间表、核数师资源、集团规模与架构，以及集团业务性质和复杂性等因素综合评估。

董事会表示，在审慎评估现有信息后，认定该预估审计费用公平合理。若相关基准及假设未发生重大变化，最终审计费用预计与上述金额不会出现重大差异；如有变化，公司将适时披露。

公告强调，除补充披露的审计费用信息外，此前于2026年7月31日发布的通函及股东周年大会议程所载其他内容均保持不变。
