Dimmi Life schedules 30 June board meeting to approve FY2026 results and dividend proposal

Dimmi Life Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s audited results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The meeting agenda also includes deliberation on a potential final dividend recommendation and other routine matters.
The board is chaired by Executive Director Ge Zhang. Other executive directors are Hou Lingling and Liu Ning, supported by three independent non-executive directors: Yan Wing Cheung, Chu Kin Ming and Ho Wing Sum.
The company will release the final results and any dividend decision following the board’s approval.
