BUYANG INTL (02457) announced that on December 9, 2025, the Stock Exchange confirmed that the current co-company secretary, Xu Yuelian (Ms. Xu), meets the qualifications under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules to serve as the company secretary after her exemption expires on December 14, 2025. Consequently, Zhang Yuefen (Ms. Zhang) will resign as co-company secretary, effective December 15, 2025. Following Ms. Zhang's resignation, Ms. Xu will continue as the sole company secretary of the company. Ms. Zhang will remain the authorized representative under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) to receive legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, as well as the company's legal process agent under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules.
