绿城服务集团有限公司（港交所股票代码：02869）于2026年7月10日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日通过香港联交所场内回购48.6万股普通股，并向本集团雇员发行2.31万股新股。
据公告，7月10日进行的股份回购数量为486,000股，占回购前已发行股本的约0.0156%，每股回购价在3.98港元至4.09港元之间，合计付出约197.03万港元。回购相关股份将继续以库藏股形式持有。此外，公司依据2023年6月16日采纳的购股权计划，向行使购股权的雇员发行普通股23,100股，发行价为每股3.494港元，占发行前公司已发行股本的约0.0007%。
本次回购完成后，截至2026年7月10日收盘，绿城服务集团有限公司已发行股份总数为3,123,840,276股，库藏股共30,170,000股，总股本增至3,154,010,276股。公司在2026年6月18日通过了购回授权，授权额度为313,142,977股，截至目前已合计回购7,642,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本约0.244%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
