Xingtai City has added nine new AEO enterprises. According to information from Xingtai Customs, the results of the recent credit assessment for former customs general certification enterprises have been announced. Nine foreign trade companies in the city, including Hebei Weilisi Cashmere Textile Co., Ltd. and Yokohama Tire Industry (Xingtai) Co., Ltd., have passed the credit status evaluation and have been recognized by customs as "certified enterprises." This marks the highest number of such enterprises in the province. These companies are also the first batch to be recognized following the addition of new certification levels by the General Administration of Customs.
According to the newly revised "Measures for the Credit Management of Registered and Recorded Enterprises with Customs of the People's Republic of China," the credit rating system for customs enterprises has been adjusted from three levels to five: advanced certified enterprise, certified enterprise, regular enterprise, non-compliant enterprise, and seriously non-compliant enterprise. Among these, both advanced certified enterprises and certified enterprises are classified as AEO enterprises.
Previously, Xingtai City had 20 advanced certified enterprises. With the addition of the first batch of nine newly recognized certified enterprises, the total number of AEO enterprises in the city has reached 29.
AEO status is regarded as a "golden signboard" in international trade. AEO enterprises can enjoy benefits such as customs clearance facilitation, international mutual recognition, and joint incentives from multiple departments. To this end, Xingtai Customs has intensified its efforts in cultivating AEO enterprises, helping companies in characteristic industrial clusters improve their internal control and trade security systems. In collaboration with departments such as commerce, a "customs-local coordination" mechanism has been established to identify enterprises in county-level characteristic industries, dynamically update the cultivation database, and form a synergistic cultivation effort.
Additionally, a mechanism for "cultivation to optimization" has been implemented to ensure that each enterprise cultivated meets the standards, enabling more companies to benefit from the advantages of AEO policies.
