海天地悦旅集团有限公司（“海天地悦旅”，股票代码：01832）于2026年6月2日披露了截至2026年5月31日的证券变动月报表，显示公司本月未发生新的股份发行、购回或注销行为，整体股本结构保持稳定。
公司注册于开曼群岛，注册股本共计500,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，总额为5,000,000港元。于2026年5月底，公司已发行股份总数为360,000,000股，全部为普通股，与上月底持平。公司并未持有任何库藏股份。
