SanDisk Corp. (SNDK) shares tumbled 5.05% during intraday trading on Friday, giving back earlier gains as lingering concerns over the company's forward guidance and a wave of analyst target cuts continued to pressure the stock.

The decline follows SanDisk's fiscal fourth-quarter earnings report, which despite delivering a 372% year-over-year revenue surge to $8.97 billion and adjusted EPS of $39.25 that handily beat the $34.37 consensus, featured next-quarter revenue guidance that fell short of elevated market expectations. Multiple Wall Street firms subsequently slashed their price targets, including Citi to $2,100, Wells Fargo to $1,400, and Jefferies to $1,750, amplifying selling pressure.

The broader memory chip sector also faced headwinds during the session, with Seagate dropping 9%, Western Digital falling 5%, and Micron Technology declining 2%, reflecting a sector-wide pullback as investors rotated out of high-momentum semiconductor names following the recent rally.
